If specific ingredients are requested, it may take some additional time for us to source them. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you provide a timeframe of at least two-three months in advance when placing custom orders. This allows us ample time to create your customized soaps to perfection. In your order request, please provide as many details as possible, including the type of event for which the soaps will be used, the anticipated event date, the quantity required, and any preferences you have for shape, color, fragrance, and design.
